Not bad. Got a Little natures surprise in this batch! Can you spot it? (see below)

Time for some bottom pruning!

Picking peppers soon!

Thought this was a problem but nope, normal, extra root development, lol, in case branch fall due to stress, the plant ready to put down more roots. I tied it to frame and should help.

Ok this guy, (yellow pepper) almost double size of green but no peppers yet.

SUPRISE!

Thursday

Casulty of War!!!!!!

Cleaning gutters can be dangerous work, for plants that is....
Victim of poor planning...
But on a good note all others made it, still no yellow peppers but plenty of flowers.

2nd Harvest 8-9-09

Small Harvest for my sister.

Thursday

1st Harvest of '09!

I know, I know, not a lot of pre-harvest stuff? I decided to forgo that this time and just show the yields, I will say there was a scare in the beginning for the peppers. The weather was exactly NOT the right forecast for them, but I'll let pictures tell the story. Everything went in the ground on 5/16/09 and 1st harvest was on 8/4:

First Harvest!

Crop: Roma & Cherry tomatoes , Green & Yellow Bell peppers, and Rosemary:

Green Peppers not looking good due to weather. (i.e. to hot and to wet) Yellow looks good:

Tomatoes didn't seem to mind, time to cage the fury!:

Weather change and the peppers rebounded nicely!:

Everybody nice and healthy now, time to swing for the fences!:

Early Risers LOL

It's Starting!!!!! I love this part when you know it's going to work.

Yellow peppers apparently grow taller than their cousins:

, lot of flowers but no peppers yet

Time for a harvest!
